In this energetic and playful Diamond Dance session, we improvise movement, mirror one another, and create choreography in the moment. The diamond formation is our foundation, and from there we gradually explore new formations, stage pictures, and patterns together.

Through mirroring and mutual support, we build trust in ourselves, in the group, and in the present moment. You will leave the class with a deeper sense of connection, creativity, and presence, as well as the simple joy of dancing and moving our bodies together.

This is a dance class of sorts, but more than that, it is a shared improvisational practice. We work with peripheral vision, listening, and creating together in the moment.

This class is for anyone longing to move and dance, regardless of previous experience in either dance or improvisation
